Membership General Terms & Conditions
- To join, you must commit to a minimum of 3 months.
- Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled by a Member.
- Memberships include 1 facial per month of the specified type with the option to roll over 1 unused facial to the following month during membership or for one month after membership cancellation.
- Members cannot transfer their membership benefits to others, but unused facials and monthly free add-on can be transferred to non-members
- Membership benefits can be used at any Legendary location.
- Unused facials or memberships may not be converted to a gift card.
- By signing up for a membership, Members agree to the terms and conditions detailed in this FAQ. Management reserves the right to make membership benefit and policy changes with 30 days prior notice to Members. Additional membership rules may apply upon sign-up.

Q: How are the membership fees billed, and what payment methods are accepted at your spa?
A: Membership requires a current credit card on file. Membership is effective from the sign-up date and automatically renews on the same day each month until a member cancels.
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: There is a 3-month membership minimum as results with skincare routines take 3 months minimum.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: You can cancel 24/7 via your online portal or membership cancellation can be sent via email 30 business days prior to a renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
Q: I can’t use my facial this month! What happens to it?
A: Unused facials + monthly free-add-on can be rolled over or transferred to non-members for up to one month during membership and can be used or transferred for up to one month after membership cancellation.
Q: What other policies and rules apply as a member?
A: Purchase, return, and service cancellation policies apply to members. Additional discounts cannot be combined with memberships unless noted on the promotion.
Q: Can I use my membership credit on other services at Legendary Spa?
A: You can use your monthly credit on any skin service at Legendary Spa as we believe having flexibility with your esthetician is important to address your skincare routine and needs every month.
