Post-Care Instructions

Your Legendary manicure is expected to last 4-6 weeks with proper care. To get the most from your mani, follow these tips:

• moisturize with Legendary cuticle oil - dry nails break more easily
• nails are jewels, not tools - don’t use them to open cans, pry things, etc.
• wear gloves when submerging in water or cleaning
• if you know your nails are weak or you want to grow them, get a gel overlay manicure to add strength

As part of our commitment to excellence and safety, we only use top products like OPI® and The Gel Bottle®, and our tools are sanitized between usage in a medical grade autoclave. We stand behind our service with a 10 day, no questions asked, chip-fix service for all no-chip manicures.

• Do not exfoliate for at least 48 hours post facial.
• Avoid direct sunlight. Make sure to wear SPF 30+ daily and reapply every 2-3 hours.
• Schedule next treatment for 4 weeks out.

• Avoid direct sunlight. Make sure to wear SPF 30+ daily and reapply every 2-3 hours.
• Avoid makeup for at least 12 hours.
• Make sure you’re using clean makeup brushes.
• Avoid touching your face with unclean hands.

• Refrain from any type of exfoliating treatments such as glycolic acid or enzymes to the area for 48 hours before and after treatment.
• Refrain from any medium and/or deep chemical resurfacing treatments (peels) and laser treatments for 1 month before your Hydrafacial.
• Refrain from waxing and use of depilatories for 48 hours before and after treatment.
• Avoid excessive sun exposure as well as the use of artificial tanning beds for 72 hours before and after treatment. Always wear sunscreen! We recommend EltaMD.
• For men, shaving is ​not​ recommended on the day of treatment. If you choose to shave, please shave at least 3-4 hours prior to your treatment.
• Avoid heat (hot showers, sauna, and intense cardio) for 24 hours after treatment.
• If you do not need to apply makeup for the remainder of the day (on the day of your treatment), then wait until the next morning to wash your face.

• Do not submerge lashes in water for 24 hours.
• No steam for 24 hours - this includes hot workout rooms, saunas, showers, and steam rooms.
• Avoid sleeping on your face for 24 hours.
• No mascara for 24 hours.
• Apply Brow Code Nourishing Oil 3-4 times per week to rehydrate lashes. 
• Avoid lash curlers for at least 14 days.
• Do not apply oil based or products with a greasy consistency to your face for the first 24 hours after a lash lift.
• Avoid sleeping face-down.
• GENTLY brush lashes with a spoolie daily.
• Lash tint Legends should avoid oil-based makeup removers, which will strip the tint color quicker.

• Keep your eyes dry and avoid contact with water, sweat and steam for the first 24 hours post-appointment.
• Sleep on your side or back to avoid damaging your lashes. We recommend using a silk pillowcase to keep your lashes, skin and hair healthy!
• Cleanse your lashes daily with Legendary Lash Bath.
• Brush your lashes with a spoolie daily.
• Use water-based, oil-free face products and makeup remover.
• Never use an eyelash curler, mascara or cream eyeliner.
• Avoid touching, twisting, pulling or rubbing your lashes.
• Keep your lashes away from extreme heat (hair dryers, ovens, grills).

• Do not submerges brows in water for 24 hours.
• No steam for 24 hours - this includes hot workout rooms, saunas, showers, and steam rooms.
• Avoid the temptation to over touch the brow area after treatment.
• No self-tanning products should be used on the face for 24-48 hours after the treatment.
• Do not apply make-up or receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
• Use Brow Code Nourishing Oil a minimum of 3x per week.
• GENTLY brush eyebrows with an eyebrow brush daily.
• When washing hair, apply conditioner or mask for 1-2 minutes on eyebrow area.
• No retinol or antibiotics for 5 days.
