The fastest way to reach us during business hours is via text. Please locate the spa you wish to contact HERE and send us a text message.

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests and to respect the scheduled time of both our clients and service providers, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or modify your service to remain on schedule. In some cases, the appointment may need to be cancelled entirely if adequate time is no longer available to safely or properly perform the service.

If an appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the full cost of the service booked will be charged. This policy is in place to protect our appointment-only business and the reserved time of our service professionals.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if they anticipate running late.

We understand plans and life change. If you must cancel, please provide us with 24-hour notice so we can attempt to fill the spot for our team members to ensure our small business continues to operate. If you cancel within the 24-hour window of your appointment, you will be charged the following: 


Under 24 Hours 50% of total services booked

No Show 100% of total services booked


If you have two no-shows or cancellation fees decline we will require payment of fees and prepayment on future services to book.




We offer complimentary fixes within 10 days of your original appointment for the following services:


No-Chip Manicures: Complimentary fixes for chipping

Gel Overlay Manicures: Complimentary fixes for chipping or breaks

Gel-X Extensions: Complimentary fixes for pop-offs or chipping

If you find that you frequently experience chipping with no-chip manicures, we’d love to recommend one of the services we’re best known for—our gel overlay. This service provides added strength and durability and is an excellent option for clients who are harder on their nails or looking for longer-lasting results.

We’re always happy to help you choose the service that best fits your lifestyle and nail goals.

To provide the most seamless and efficient experience for all guests, we kindly ask that all appointments be booked, modified, or cancelled through our online booking portal. At this time, we’re unable to accommodate bookings or cancellations by phone.

Exception: Appointments that need to be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time must be submitted via text or email. Please note that all cancellations made within 24 hours remain subject to our cancellation policy.

Our online system offers real-time availability, instant confirmations, and the flexibility to manage your reservations at your convenience.

For the comfort, safety, and efficiency of our guests and team, we operate as a cashless business. We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment options where available.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a seamless, elevated experience.

Gratuity is always appreciated and entirely at your discretion. For your convenience, an average suggested gratuity of 20% is available to add at checkout.

We also welcome gratuity via cash, Venmo, or Zelle, should you prefer.

While we’re always delighted to welcome guests, please note that most of our appointments are booked in advance. Availability for walk-in services is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

For the most seamless experience, we kindly recommend checking real-time availability through our online booking portal before stopping by. This ensures you can secure the service and time that best suits your schedule.

Appointment alterations requested by the client requiring more time will be accommodated if availability allows. Requests for an upgraded appointment may be denied due to scheduling and timing at the discretion of management.

Alterations requested by the client that downgrade originally booked services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance if timing of the appointment is reduced. If services are reduced less than 24 hours in advance, resulting in a reduction of appointment timing, you will be charged for the services originally booked. If you would like to downgrade your appointment and it does NOT affect the timing you can do so at any point leading up to the appointment.   

You can cancel, reschedule, or alter an appointment through your online booking portal.  

To maintain a clean, relaxing, and elevated environment for all guests, outside food is not permitted during standard spa services.

Private Events & Catering:

For approved private events, outside catering may be permitted with prior arrangement and confirmation from our team. Details must be coordinated in advance to ensure proper setup and service flow.

Alcohol (BYOB):

We allow BYOB if approved in advance. All guests consuming alcohol are required to sign an alcohol waiver prior to service. Please note that alcohol consumption must remain responsible and respectful of our shared space.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service and request that any guest leave the premises if their behavior becomes disruptive, unsafe, or results in damage to property. In such cases, all services will remain fully chargeable, and guests may be held financially responsible for any damages incurred.

To maintain a safe, calm, and elevated environment for all guests, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon.

Guests ages 13 and older are welcome to receive services; however, a parent or legal guardian must be present on-site for the duration of the service.

We’re proud to be a pet-loving brand and are honored to support local animal organizations through ongoing donations and community initiatives. While we truly adore our four-legged friends, for the comfort, safety, and health of all guests and team members, pets are not permitted inside the spa.

The only exception is for trained service animals, in accordance with applicable laws.

We’re pleased to offer physical gift cards, available for purchase at any of our locations, as well as digital gift cards (e-cards), available online for added convenience.

Both physical and digital gift cards may be used toward services and retail purchases, subject to availability and our standard policies. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

We’re delighted to host thoughtfully curated private events that align with the intimate, elevated experience of our boutique spa. All events must be booked in advance and confirmed as private buyouts.

For smaller groups and events the best option is to use our online booking portal which allows for you to book yourself and guests at the same time. Legendary's books open up 60 days in advance and availability does tend to fill up quickly.

For larger groups, our spa is intentionally designed for refined gatherings that allow for exceptional care, attention to detail, and a seamless guest experience.

We encourage you to contact us to establish event scope, guest count, services, and timing in advance to ensure alignment with our service standards and space capacity.

Any products that are unused and unopened can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Any products that are used or open must be returned to Legendary's location of purchase to receive store credit. Products that are used and wish to be returned can only be returned if there is a reaction to the product. Reasons for return that are not valid include but are not limited to: purchase regret. Location owner reserves the right to apply judgment to the circumstances for issuing refunds of the product.
